so, well, I tried writing for SciFi boys and got a max of 4 pages before I read it again and said "this is the worst thing I have ever read, even twilight was better." so I scrapped it. sad. THE DARK KNIGHT RISES
Chirstoper Nolan is God. The pure genius that he is, has caused me to give the dark knight rises a 10/10 rating, which is very hard coming from me. I love that he took the batman universe, and turned it into this deep dark gritty universe. this is how superhero movies should be made. The effect that this movie brought out puts even the Avengers to shame, which was my favorite comic book movie, until now. The cast, the creators, the music, the suspense, the emotion, the drama, the comedy. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The Dark Knight Rises will and for the foreseeable future be the best experience I have ever had.

New Idea
yes, once again, it's been long since i posted, and that is due to the fact that I was on vacation for a month and now school is being a total pain in the ass. well that still hasn't stopped me, I recently shot a new video for Film Riot's monday challenge and this scene has inspired me to make a short film titled the Sci-Fi Boys. I'll write a script when I find the time. And as for Revenge, I've changed the name to retribution due to that tv show thats suddenly so popular and wouldnt want people thinking i ripped it off, even though it was my idea first. I've put RETRIBUTION on hold untill I can fully harness my skill and uncover my potential, cause I really like it and I feel that I won't be able to do the script justice just yet, and therefore I have shelved it, for now.

New Microphone!!
Well as people who have watched my previous short films know, my audio quality has been terrible. Well finally the time came where I got off my lazy ass and went out to buy a mic. It's a shotgun mic that uses xlr input incase you wanted the details. Aside from that , I've also recently made the switch to avid media composer 6, so I'm hoping to try that out with my next project.

Name Decided!
yes, it's been a long time since I've been trying to decide a new name for my film production company. Well after coming up with 8 different names that were all completely awesome, a decision has been made! huzzah! I came to a decision my putting down all the names on a piece of paper and handing it around to people in school until I finally got most votes on "On The Rocks Entertainment". Among the others were "Picture In Picture Entertainment" "Double 0 Studios" "Bonsai Films" and "Lock&Load Pictures". You can expect a logo soon, just let me get done with exams.

REVENGE PART II IS DONE!!
yes! all my hard work, sweat and complaining was not in vain! I have just, not even 50 seconds back, clicked save to my final draft of Revenge Part II. I must say, this is the best thing I have ever written. That is all I have to say, I can't wait till we start shooting.

Update on Revenge
Hola amigos!
yes i know, I made statements that I can't seem to stick to, but I'm a man of my word, and I always will be. In my previous post, I had stated that I was just done with the closed captioning of Mimes. Well I showcased Mimes at school, but to my surprise my audience consisted of narrow minded 5th graders rather than the mature 11th graders I was expecting, so that was a fail. But anyways, a filmmaker learns from his errors. 'Mimes' is on my youtube page (youtube.com/technocastle69) right now if you'd like to check it out.
Now on to Revenge, as some who read technocastle would know, I was done with the final draft of Revenge ages ago and was almost done with Part II. I still haven't moved further though, but I feel like I've suddenly escaped writer's block and already have an idea on how to end part II as well as the plot line for Part III and Part IV. I plan on shooting Revenge soon, hopefully. I think I might have found someone worthy to play Demetri, although he needs some fine tuning. To check out his work look up Tolstoy Part 1 on youtube, it's one of the first hits. So yeah, that's all I guess. I've really been busy and tied down with school work, but hopefully I can organise my time better now.
